2. Membership Terms

2.1 Membership Registration

To become a member, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Agree to these Terms of Service
• Complete the membership registration process

2.2 Membership Fees

Membership fees are due monthly and will be automatically charged to your payment method on file. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our cancellation policy.

2.3 Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days written notice. Cancellation requests must be submitted in person or via email. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

3. Use of Facilities

3.1 Facility Rules

All members must:

• Follow all posted facility rules and regulations
• Treat equipment with care and respect
• Clean equipment after use
• Respect other members and staff
• Wear appropriate workout attire
• Use facilities only during posted operating hours (see each branch for specific hours)

3.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment or discrimination of any kind
• Use of illegal substances on premises
• Smoking or use of tobacco products
• Photography or videography without permission
• Removal of equipment from the facility
• Any activity that endangers yourself or others

4. Liability and Waiver

By using our facilities, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks. You agree to:

• Assume all risks associated with your use of the facilities
• Release Flexzone Gym from any liability for injuries or damages
• Consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program
• Use equipment and facilities at your own risk

5. Personal Training and Classes

Personal training sessions and group classes are subject to separate terms and fees. Cancellation policies apply as follows:

• 24-hour notice required for cancellations
• No-shows may be charged the full session fee
• Class reservations are subject to availability

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of FlexZone Gym and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Keeping your account information up to date

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership and access to our facilities immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Non-payment of membership fees
• Conduct that is harmful to other members or staff
